Great location in Leuven, a short walk to city center and many good restaurants just arond the block. Room is clean, gets lots of sunlight and has everything you need. Host was quick to answer questions and offer suggestions for area activities.

This apartment is in perfect location. Only 5 minutes to the old town square yet in a quiet street. The view from the bedroom balcony of the town hall at night... Check in was easy. Will be back.

I had a great stay in this Leuven apartment. It’s well-located, close to the center but still quiet, and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend it!

Book it.1. It is close to Brusselstraat with a short walk to the Oude Markt and Grote Markt. 2. You pass 3 grocery stores during that short walk. 3. There are two balconies that span the front and back of the apartment so there is always shade and always sun. Also, it creates a wonderful breeze. 4. Air Conditioning that really works!5. Underground parking6. Clean. Clean. Clean.7. Beautiful sweeping view of Leuven. 8. An elevator and a washing machine. We stay all over Europe, but Leuven is close to our heart. We were able to visit friends, see old haunts, and hang out with locals. This was a perfect location to call home for a week- or a month!Roel is attentive, but not overbearing. He messaged us any time he thought we might like to know something going on (Like the Friday music concerts and the Belgium World Cup match). He is a great host; exactly the kind I like to have!
