When you book with me this is the room and views you get,I took the photos from your condo, if you book thru SOC your are assigned a room when you check in!! of what is available! After your travel here you don't want to be looking at another condo or have to look around the corner to see the ocean!! You could be in what we call the horseshoe again looking at your neighbor!!!! MY condo is a one bedroom efficiency with two Queen beds, sleeps four. You are in what we call restaurant row! Literally 100's of places to eat! But if want to enjoy the views and eat on your balcony we have a new flat cooktop!
Save money eat in, full bath with private vanity! Indoor and outdoor Pool and lazy river! Also indoor hot tub!! Suntan at the beach or by the pool!! Beds had sand on them I was given the wrong room my son and daughter in law got the room I paid forI

The place was ok not the cleanest I also seen a fight right under where I stayed where a man's head was bleeding all over the place I would not recommend it to anyone else and the rest of my family that stayed also will not be staying

This is the 2nd year we have rented from Bill. Early check in, clean room, all over easy check in process. Will stay again.

DUMP

Condo (was actually a hotel room) was misrepresented! Very very old furniture, dirty and not the photo depicted in VRBO listing or verbal description. Obviously not taken care of at all. Too many problems to list. Would never stay or recommend to anyone. Would be embarrassed. Have traveled extensively all over the world for work and pleasure staying in hotels, resorts and condos, and this is by far the worst. A DUMP by any review. The owner should be ashamed. The only saving grace was the facility location.
