Dementsprechend gibt es keinen Balkon oder Terrasse wo mal vernünftig rausgucken und was von der Umgebung sehen kann. Ein paar Fenster sind natürlich da,, aber doll ist die Aussicht halt nic

Wohnung wie beschrieben, leider Schimmel im Schlafzimmer

Eine Grundreinigugn der Wohnung wäre notwendig. Fenster und Luftschächte (ja, es ist ein Keller!) Müssten dringend gereinigt werden. Ebenso ist der Duschablauf (Rinne) mit schwarzem Schimmel verunreinigt gewesen. Dagegen kann man etwas tun, wenn man es denn möchte... . Es ist immer schwierig im Keller für ausreichende Lüftung zu sorgen. Sobald der Keller aber als Wohnung genutzt und vermietet wird, ist ausreichende Luftzirkulation zwingend erforderlich. Leider war der Luftschacht im kleinen Schlafzimmer von oben durch eine Glasplatte abgedeckt. Sicher, um die Geräusche der Gespräche auf der direkt darüber liegenden Terasse zu dämpfen. Blöd nur, dass Lüften damit absolut unmöglich wird. Das hatte zur Folge, dass in diesem Zimmer hinter dem Bett Schimmel anzutreffen war (der Geruch begrüßte uns direkt bei der Ankunft). Weiterhin waren 2 Lampen im selben Zimmer defekt. Das Zimmer war faktisch nicht zum Schlafen nutzbar. Bei dem Preis der Wohnung ganz ehrlich nicht akzeptabel. Wir kommen wieder nach Grömitz, aber sicher nicht mehr in diese Wohnung..
