This tasteful 2-room holiday rental with a west-facing balcony is located on a quiet residential street above the marina. Spanning two levels with a space-saving staircase (not suitable for children under 5 years of age), it can accommodate up to 4 people.
With approximately 42 m² of space, this holiday rental features a cosy, bright living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa, built-in cabinets, TV, radio, and access to the furnished west-facing balcony.
The open-concept kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and standard kitchen appliances.
The space-saving staircase in the hallway leads to the cosy sleeping area with a double bed and a desk. A low children’s sleeping area (height approx. 1.20 m) with two beds is also available off to the side of the sleeping area.
Beautiful, modern bathroom with a corner shower with a glass door, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack.
Wi-Fi is available here free of charge.
The apartment has laminate and tile flooring. A parking space is located in front of the house. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
