Unsaubere Wohnung ohne Wohlfühlcharakter

Die Wohnung ist in einem renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Rolladen z.T. defekt, Leuchtmittel fehlen, Hauptsteckdose im Bad defekt, eine zweite ist so hoch angebracht, dass man einen Stuhl nehmen muss, Dusche nicht gepflegt, der Couchtisch total verkratzt, Balkon nicht geputzt und Möbel sind unansehnlich. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein und es gibt nur einen sehr kleinen Kleiderschrank! Insgesamt keine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen! Diese Wohnung kann man nicht weiterempfehlen!

Urlaub in Top Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung Strandhafer im Haus Seeigel ist spitze. Die Füßgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften ist in 10min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Der Nordstrand ist nur ca. 300m entfernt kann wie auch der Bäcker, Einkaufsmarkt, Fahrradverleih und Restaurants wie Der Schmuggler bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Einchecken hat problemlos über Anweisung per Email über den Vermieter geklappt. Auch auf Nachfragen wurde umgehend geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist leider renovierungsbedürftig und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wer mit Hund und Kind nach etwas einfachem sucht ist hier richtig....Wenn die Dinge wie Grundreinigung, Schimmel an der Duschabtrennung, Renovierung und Lagerung der Wäsche verbessert werden, ist es eine gute Wohnung. Es ist zudem etwas hellhörig.

Mittelgute Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist vernünftig und gut ausgestattet und liegt am Stadtrand. Diese Lage haben wir uns ausgesucht, weil sie für Radtouren und Wanderungen perfekt ist. Folgende negative Punkte möchten wir erwähnen: - die Wohnung würde eine Renovierung vertagen, vieles wirkt abgenutzt. Leuchtmittel funktionierten nicht alle - teilweise war die Grundreinigung vor unserer Ankunft nicht besonders gründlich durchgeführt - die Wohnung ist deutlich dunkler als auf den Fotos und entspricht damit nicht wirklich dem Internetauftritt
