This beautiful holiday home, situated in a very quiet location, is just a few minutes away from the beach and the centre of Utersum. The gorgeous beach, bus stop, spa centre, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, and a bike rental shop are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The house features 2 bright, cosy, and lovingly furnished holiday apartments for 1–5 people. The large garden offers plenty of space to relax, eat, barbecue, or play. There’s a playground for the kids right next to the house.
The upstairs apartment has its own secluded terrace with patio furniture. This apartment consists of a living area with a kitchen-diner, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds and a guest bed), a bathroom with a shower featuring both a standard and rain shower function, and a hallway. You can conveniently park your car right in front of the house.

Wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. In der kleinen Küchenzeile ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Sehr sauber. Agentur sehr freundlich und Vermieter ebenfalls.
