Ocean Shores' most extraordinary large-group retreat has arrived.

Sand Dream Village is a purpose-built two-villa estate designed for families, reunions, multi-generational trips, and group getaways where space, comfort, and shared experiences all matter. Two complete villas — Villa A and Villa B — are rented exclusively together and connected by a private interior door upstairs. Each side has its own entrance, full kitchen, laundry, bedrooms, bathrooms, hot tub, and outdoor spaces, so your group stays together without ever feeling crowded.

Villa A is the entertainment and spa heart of the retreat: a private theater with 100" screen and surround sound, an arcade and game room, an indoor/outdoor hot tub, and a 6-person sauna. Villa B offers a calmer luxury experience: a 75" theater TV with surround sound, an Infinity Game Table with 100+ games, and its own private outdoor hot tub and wood-burning fire pit.

Combined: 7 bedrooms, 12 beds, 6 bathrooms, 2 gourmet kitchens, 2 hot tubs, 2 fire pits, a sauna, theater, arcade, and game room. Pets welcome throughout.

Just a short walk to Oyhut Bay Resort for coffee, dining, and a playground. The beach is 0.5 miles away. Downtown Ocean Shores — golf, casino, clamming — minutes away.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
We try to keep it simple. Please run the dishwasher and start a load of white towels in each washing machine.
Besides that if you could take out the trash and return any furniture to its original location.
Outside, please return everything to its original condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest are required to sign a rental agreement, minimum age to rent is 21, no 3rd party renters
Security deposit required of $1000-$1500. A cancellation fee may apply. No parties allowed on premises. No smoking or vaping in house or on porches
Maximum of two pets and no pets are allowed on any furniture or to be left alone in a room or the house unless they are in a crate.

Great place to stay. Minutes from the jetty and downtown. Pet friendly and lots games and activities for the family to do. The home is spacious and bright. The host is super accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely go back again.

Gorgeous home with so many things to do w the family. There are tons of things to do indoors and outdoors. We had kids ages 5 to 16 and everyone had a great time. This is a pet friendly property and I highly recommend booking both sides for a multi-family vacation. This is one of the best rentals we have stayed at. Check out is a breeze too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
