With a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms across the building, your group will have plenty of comfort and convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements Overview:
Studio 1: Features a luxurious King-sized bed and a private porch.
Studio 2: Offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed plus a pull-out sofa (sleeping 2 guests).
Studio 3: Provides a luxurious King-sized bed.
Penthouse Apartment: Includes four bedrooms, each with a Queen-sized bed, plus two full bathrooms.
This configuration allows for a comfortable night`s sleep for up to 14 guests in dedicated beds, with the pull-out sofa in Studio 2 adding capacity for two more.

House Rules:
We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, and strictly prohibit smoking indoors, parties, or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

No Smoking Inside: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise levels and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Pets: We are happy to welcome one pet to accompany you on your stay. Please ensure you clean up after your pet both inside and outside the property.
Parking: Please park your vehicle only in the designated parking spaces provided.
Respect Thy Neighbor: Please be considerate of our neighbors by avoiding excessive noise and disruptive behavior.
Trash Disposal: Please place all trash in the designated garbage bins.
