SUMMER RETREAT that you’ll love! Compare listings and this is where you’ll want to be. Minimum one month stay and a $150 lease application completed 30 days prior to rental is a Sand Dollar Shores requirement. Pricing will be reduced with longer than a 2 month booking. Currently the condo is available from May - October.
This 7th floor beauty benefits from ocean sunrises in your “backyard” and breathtaking sunsets over the Indian River from your front door. There are two bedrooms, including a king bed and a queen bed; both with Smart TV’s and 2 full bathrooms. The master bathroom was recently remodeled with a large shower and has a spa like feel with upgraded fixtures. Relax in comfort on the balcony with 2 slider chairs,a high top table and 2 high top chairs perfect for having meals “above the beach”, turtle watching and reading. A well appointed kitchen awaits you with plenty of cookware just for you or to entertain. Comfortable dining and living room area; all with full views of the ocean. Definitely a place you’ll love; no renter has been disappointed!

Why they chose this property

There aren’t many condos that benefit from a view of water from both your front and back windows. The sunrises and sunsets truly are a highlight to your day. The community here is “renter friendly” and will include you to join in all activities. Why did I choose here…………..there’s nothing not to LOVE!!!!!!!!

What makes this property unique

I love being so close to the beach that all you see from the condo is the ocean. But I don’t like overly appointed “beachy” condos. Photos that I see of many condos here do not appear to deliver the comfort you’ll have in mine. It feels more like a home than a beach rental.
