Ottima posizione

La casa è in ottime condizioni. Andrebbe un pochino più attrezzata. Manca un’area verde. C’è un ampio cortile ma tutto cementato. Nonostante sia stata messo in atto la raccolta differenziata nell’arco di una settimana non è mai passato nessuno a ritirare la spazzatura. Mi sarebbe piaciuta una maggiore presenza del responsabile di zona. Comunque il panorama dalla casa è meraviglioso

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Nur wenige Meter zum Meer, mit einem unübertrefflichen Ausblick. Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet und verfügt über eine richtig tolle Küche! Große, möblierte Terrassen! Guter Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen (Castelsardo, Isola Rossa, Santa Teresa di Gallura ect.)

Maison agréable et bien située

Maison parfaitement située, non loin de la plage et vue imprenable. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces. L’équipement est toutefois minimaliste et la literie un peu sommaire. Très bien insonorisée ( heureusement, car la fête en fin de semaine peut durer jusqu’au matin). Je recommande cette maison dans l’emsemble.

tolles Haus mit großartigem Panoramablick

Das Haus war wie abgebildet sehr toll. Großartiger Blick aufs Meer, abends tolle Sonnenuntergänge und im Mai/Juni leerer Strand direkt vor der Tür. Checkin wegen Reinigung leider erst 16 Uhr mögl. Wir konnten unser Gepäck nicht einmal im Haus deponieren. So mussten wir den ganzen Tag mit vollgepacktem Auto unterwegs sein. Einen Grill wollte man uns leider auch nicht bereitstellen - Antwort: "der ist ja nicht mitgebucht worden!" Service kenne ich auch anders. Das Haus ansich ist aber super ;-)

Das Haus liegt optimal für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung! Der Strand ist traumhaft. Doch auch am Haus in der kleinen Sanddüne lässt es sich sehr gut erholen. Gutes Konzept mit der Aussendusche, so konnten wir die Tochter vor dem Betreten des Hauses vom Sand abduschen.

Panoramablick mit Sonnenuntergang

Der Strand ist sehr weitläufig, sauber, klares Wasser und war nicht überlaufen, windig und es hat etwas Wellen. Für Kleinkinder nicht optimal aber für Wind- und Kitesurfer. Für den Tagesausflüge empfehlen wir, Costa Paradiso, die Strände bei Stintino & Castelsardo. Wir sind Juni 2021 in dem Haus gewesen. Frisch nach der Renovierung. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist genial! Das Haus steht praktisch oben auf den Dühnen mit Rundumblick. Auf der Rückseite sieht man die Stadt und die Berge, vorne das
