Your cozy getaway awaits in Phoenix at this lovely condo. With two spacious bedrooms featuring 2 very comfortable mattress. The condo includes two bathrooms,primary bathroom has beautiful walk in shower and hallway bath has a tub/shower combo.Brand new HVAC system and the AC is very cold.Several places to work from home or just surf the net. Backyard is a great size patio with a water feature/fountain a turf area for our fur babies and a brand new four person hot tub. Great view of Camelback Mountain from the patio. Unit is all lower level no stairs! Condo is located on Camelback Road and the best location for amazing four and five star restaurants and bars! You can't go wrong with this completely remodeled beautiful condo! This is not an investment property this is the owner's primary home however the owner has a second home in the general vicinity and spends a lot of time there.
