Apartment Hahndl II is located in the village of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria), a lively holiday destination on the southern side of the Ötztal Alps at 690 m altitude, just 20 km from the famous spa town of Meran (Merano). The region offers a wide range of sports and entertainment options all year round. The apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, as well as a baby cot and high chair (available on request and for an extra charge).
Outside, you will find a shared garden and balcony, plus a covered terrace with mountain views. The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away (400 m). In St. Leonhard in Passeier, you will find bakeries, restaurants, and bars, as well as an outdoor adventure pool with free entry, open from mid-May to early September. The nearest ski area (Jaufen/Ratschings) is only a 15-minute drive away (17 km). Innsbruck Airport is about 2 hours away by car.

Es war in allen Dingen ein gelungener Urlaub!
Pros: Die sehr gute und neuwertige Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung und Zuvorkommenheit des Vermieters. Die einmalige Lage am Schnittpunkt des Passeiertales am Abzweig zum Timmeljoch und Jaufenpasses. Vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Als Tourist die Möglichkeit mit der Merancard (wird vom Vermieter zu Verfügung gestellt) kostenlos das gesamte Nahverkehrsnetz in ganz !! Südtirol zu nutzen.
Cons: Der Motorrad und Autoverkehr, nur zum Spaß die Pässe rauf und runter zufahren. Eine sehr große Belastung (Abgasemission und Lärmbelästigung) der Bevölkerung und Touristen im Tal.

Traumunterkunft in herrlicher Lage
Das Objekt liegt hervorragend und bietet die Möglichkeit als Ausgangspunkt für bestimmte Ausflugsziele. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch hergerichtet. Wir waren in der Zeit vom 24.-30.10.2021. Die Ankunft war problemlos und unser Vermieter hat uns liebevoll empfangen. Alles in Allem hat Alles prima geklappt und die Beschreibung im Inserrat hat 100% übereingestimmt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Danke!
