Vir, Radovanjica district. The studio is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Near the beach 50 m, centre 150 m. Access via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
