Modern and newly built Villa 55 with outdoor pool
Our Villa built in a modern style is located in Bašanija near Umag and is surrounded by greenery. It is located in a very quiet location near the sea and beautiful beaches, ideal for a pleasant stay and vacation. The yard is completely fenced and provides you with security and privacy to enjoy the pool, barbecue and the outdoor area.
In the evening, the large roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the sky and the lighthouse, which is the oldest on the Adriatic, and also the westernmost.
The space
On the ground floor there is an open-space area including a living room with the kitchen and the dining room. It has a direct access to the outer courtyard where there is a swimming pool, a barbecue and an outdoor area. There is also a storage room and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a large covered terrace.
On the 2nd floor there is a room with a small bathroom and an exit to a beautiful 50 m2 roof terrace with an open view of the greenery and the sea.
