The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood caters to those seeking a relaxed, beachside lifestyle. With Fort Lauderdale beach close by, residents and visitors can enjoy a variety of beach activities such as swimming, sunbathing, paddleboarding, and volleyball. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance, offering a wide range of cuisines and dining experiences. Las Olas Boulevard is particularly known for its vibrant nightlife and dining options. The neighborhood is also conveniently located near major roads like A1A (North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard) and Las Olas Boulevard, making it easy to explore other parts of Fort Lauderdale.
Getting Around:
The condo is located in a walkable community close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Bringing a car would be the most convenient option but rideshare services like Lyft and Uber are also available.
Other Things to Note:
- Smoking is not permitted
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties are prohibited
- Hosts must be notified of visitors
- No jumping in the Intracoastal from the dock
- No fishing from the dock
- Pool hours are from 7 AM to dusk
- No glass allowed in the pool
- Maximum of 4 guests
- Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay
- The pool is heated but can fluctuate in temperature due to the weather and other conditions and may take additional time to heat up
- Stays of 7 days or longer are provided a started pack of supplies but anything after, guests will be required to supply their own supplies
