This cosy holiday apartment on the ground floor offers sufficient space for up to four people on 30 m² and impresses with a well-thought-out room layout with a bedroom equipped with a double bed and a single bed. The air conditioning ensures pleasant cooling on warm days, complemented by a ceiling fan. The living area is equipped with SAT-TV and invites you to relax. The open kitchen is functionally furnished with a refrigerator including a freezer compartment, two hotplates, complete cooking utensils and cutlery, and a dining table for four people. The adjacent bathroom has a shower and WC.



A special highlight is the covered terrace with seating for up to four people, which is perfect for cosy meals outdoors or relaxed hours in the fresh air. The apartment has its own parking space directly at the property and is pet-friendly, with a maximum of two small dogs being welcome - so your animal companions can also enjoy a relaxed holiday here. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

The equipment includes bed linen, towels and WiFi, which are already included in the price. The accommodation is located in a multi-family house with a total of six holiday apartments, ideal for families and groups who appreciate proximity to other holidaymakers. Barbecue facilities in the garden can be used by arrangement, and the garden offers shady spots and a cold outdoor shower.
