From the living room, you can access the private terrace, which is equipped with a dining table and offers a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. There is also a shared outdoor area with a brick barbecue and rustic seating made from tree trunks, providing a great space to dine together and enjoy a glass of Italian wine.



The shore of Lake Como can be reached in 4 minutes on foot (260 m). There are several restaurants along the lakeshore, accessible in less than 7 minutes on foot. The village features two churches, located 400 m and 800 m from the accommodation. Another highlight is the cable car, an 8-minute walk away, which connects Argegno with the village of Pigra, situated on higher ground. The nearest supermarket can be reached in 9 minutes by car (5.1 km).



One parking space is available on the property, with additional parking available on the street. Pets are allowed. There is no air conditioning. The tourist tax is required per person per night. Bed linen and towels are included. Please note there is a construction site next door, and the view of the lake is partially obstructed, but the comfort of the apartment and outdoor space is not compromised.
