*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Access the pool with key card that must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken keycard.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your vehicle.

River Oaks is located by the River Oaks golf club, including outdoor pool. experience all the fun and excitement of Myrtle Beach, the most popular Grand Strand attractions and Destinations like Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Myrtle Waves Water Park are all only a short drive away, and guests are mere minutes from the beautiful sandy shores of the Myrtle Beach shoreline. In addition to the endless attractions nearby, fantastic shopping venues like Tanger Outlets and Coastal Grand Mall and hundreds of area restaurants are located nearby River Oaks.
