In addition to its prime location, this bright and tastefully furnished holiday apartment for two entices guests with its spacious layout, state-of-the-art amenities, and great attention to detail. Wind down after an eventful day with a nice glass of wine on your private balcony while letting your gaze wander over the Baltic Sea… That’s what a holiday by the sea is all about!
In the bright living area, a two-piece sofa set and a cosy recliner invite you to relax; a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi ensure you’ll have plenty of entertainment options. The directly adjacent, open, and ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with various appliances that make it easy to prepare delicious meals.
The natural-light-filled bathroom has also been designed to be very bright and comfortable and is equipped with a large shower.
For a well-deserved night’s sleep, the bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed measuring 180x200 cm.
Even for guests with limited mobility, the apartment is ideally suited despite its location on the 1st floor, as a stairlift runs from the ground floor to the hallway outside the apartment.
A free parking space is available right next to the building, and behind the building you’ll also find a bike rack where you can conveniently park any bicycles you’ve brought with you. Alternatively, you can also store your bicycles securely in the bike storage room.
Another benefit for you: The local tourist tax is already included in the rental price and is covered by the landlord. There are no additional costs for you. The romantic Schlei River to the north, the open sea to the east, and Eckernförde Bay to the south frame the unspoiled holiday landscape around the Baltic Sea resort of Schönhagen. Sprawling beaches, picturesque cliffs, idyllic coves, rolling fields of rapeseed and grain, and welcoming villages. You’ll find all of this in Schwansen—that’s the name given to this region on the Schleswig-Holstein Baltic Sea coast. Just 8 km away lies the beautiful town of Arnis—with 279 residents, it is Germany’s smallest town and one of the filming locations for the TV series “Der Landarzt.” The small resort town of Schönhagen is situated directly on the Baltic Sea in the north of the Schwansen Peninsula (Schleswig-Holstein). The well-maintained white sandy beach is just a short walk away, about 60 metres away. From the top of the nearby cliffs (up to 26 metres high), you’ll enjoy a sweeping view across the Baltic Sea to the Danish archipelago. The town is also home to the VAMED Rehabilitation Clinic Schloss Schönhagen, which features a beautiful, publicly accessible park.
