The space offers a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and restful bedrooms to help you feel at home. Whether you’re visiting family, traveling for work, or enjoying a weekend getaway, this home provides a clean, quiet place to relax, recharge, and settle in with ease.

House is near Downtown Hamilton. Includes a reverse Osmosis system for purified drinking water, Radon Mitigation System for clean air, Ring Door bell system for security. Right across the street from Sandwich Deli, walking distance to local bars and restaurants.

Sony Bravia 4k Ultra HD TVs in living room and master bedroom great for movie night and gaming.

Limit 2 dogs/cats; combined weight limit 75 lbs. Pets must be on leash or in carrier in public areas. Guests are liable for pet-related damage.

Guests are liable to pay a minimum $50 fee for stolen or missing items in the house plus the cost to replace the item.

Guests are responsible to pay a $150 lock out fee if they lock themselves out and need lockout service.

Guests are responsible for a $250 fee for lost house keys.

Guests will have full access to the areas included in their reservation. This includes the main living spaces, kitchen, bathroom(s), and designated sleeping areas. The home is private and self-check-in is available for convenience.

Any locked areas or storage spaces are for host use only and are clearly marked. The host may access basement for storage and maintenance through an exterior and separate entrance respecting guest privacy.

Free parking is available on street in front of house. Guests may come and go freely during their stay while respecting house rules and quiet hours.

All guest communication should go through App messaging, unless there’s an emergency.

"Break it you buy it policy." Guests will be charged a $50 fee for any damaged or stolen property, damage to building, utilities or furniture plus the cost to repair or replacement.

This was such a cute place. Clean, comfortable and homey. Would stay again. Had everything needed for the weekend stay and Josh was very quick to reply to any questions I had.
