East Side:

Floor #0 - Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer. Enclosed Outside Shower with Hot/Cold Water.

Floor #1 - Open living and dining area. The kitchen features a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and under-counter beverage refrigerator. Bedroom #1 with Queen; Bedroom #2 with 2 Twin/Twin Bunk Beds; Bedroom #3 with Queen. Living room connecting door takes you to the West Side!

West Side:

Floor #0 - Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer. Enclosed Outside Shower with Hot/Cold Water and Dressing Area.

Floor #1 - Open Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar area with microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom #4 with Queen; Bedroom #5 with Queen; Bedroom #6 with 2 Twin/Twin Bunk beds.

Amenities in East and West: Total of 6 Color Cable TVs, Roku, DVD Player, High-Speed Wireless Internet; Central Heat and Air; Ceiling Fans; Iron/Ironing Board; Hair Dryer; Connecting Door between both sides; Interior Washer/Dryer; Well equipped Kitchen on each side, each with Coffee Maker and Keurig Coffee Maker, Refrigerator with attached Ice Maker, Stove/Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Wine Refrigerator, Blender; Enclosed Outdoor Shower with Hot and Cold Water and Dressing Area; Open and Covered Deck Areas with Furniture; Gas Grill; Private Beach Access Walkway.
