Wohnung in Ordnung aber

Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung in Ordnung, sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung war insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern eher ungenügend. Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten in der Küche, kein Geschirr / Besteck für Kleinkinder , kein Staubsauger, Besen kaputt. Sehr ungünstig bei krümelndem Kleinkind. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist nagelneu aber sehr empfindliche Materialien, helle Stoffstühle, heller Bodenbelag etc. Tür im Schlafzimmer kann nur halb geöffnet werden, auf Grund eines Balkens im Raum. Der Heizkörper im Wohnzimmer ging die letzten zwei Tage nicht mehr auf Grund eines unbekannten Fehlers im Elektronischen Thermostat. Sehr ungünstig bei -2 Grad. Wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt. Nun zu den Sachen die gar nicht gehen! Die Vermittlungsagentur smart Resort informierte mich am 24.12. ( ja Heiligabend) dass meine Tochter täglich getestet werden müsse und das Ergebnis der Agentur übermittelt werden muss. Neue Verordnung des Landes NRW. Hierfür kann die Agentur und die wirklich freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiterin freilig nichts. Dafür, dass man überhaupt nicht kulant mit der Stornierungsanfrage umging sehr wohl. Wir besitzen selber Wohnungen an der Ostsee und wir haben immer eine vollständige Rückerstattung zugelassen (abzgl. der Bearbeitungsgebühr) wenn Kunden wegen Corona Gründen storniert haben. Wirklich frech hier an 100% Stornogebühr festzuhalten zumal smartResort sicherlich nicht am Hungertod nagt. Für mich und Familie scheidet diese Vermittlungsagentur und die Wohnungen daher zukünftig aus! Freundlichst
