We would give this beautiful villa a 4* if the host would change all the furniture and mattress, linen . They are so old and so torn

This could have been a great place to stay but we had a lot of issues. Initially I had a lot of trouble finding the checkin instructions. They were not in VRBO. I had to find a random email, scan a QR code, and go to another page to find them. It was a lot of extra steps when I was just expecting a code in the app. I messaged the host to ask and did not get a response in a timely manner. Then we had trouble locating one bedroom and one bath. We found that this had it's own entrance after a lot of searching. Once again asked the host didn't get a timely reply. The key situation is frustrating. There are several doors to the outside and they all have their own different key. You have to use the key to lock them, there is no interior lock to flip. So you can actually lock someone in the house which is odd. This was annoying to deal with security wise throughout our stay. Next we had issues with the buttons on the ACs not working on 3 different ACs. This made it so that we couldn't adjust the temperature and the rooms were set very warm. Most significantly, we had an issue with one of the sink drains being blocked. To fix this someone came and completely removed the drain pipe so that when the people in this room used the sink the water flowed into a bucket. This was crazy and was left this way for 2 days of our 4 day stay. There were more issues that I don't have enough characters to explain but we asked for a partial refund and were completely denied. Wouldn't stay here again.

Thank you for your review. We manage the bookings for this house, and it is not possible to post arrival instructions directlyin every portal or agency as these change often. We provide a personalized service, and you received all the necessary information via email. Regarding the VRBO chat, we can only respond during office hours; outside of those hours, we provide an emergency phone number that guests can call or text. Please understand that each house has its own specific characteristics—including the number of keys provided. Our technician wanted to fix the drain but needed a plumber to do the job; in the meantime, he placed a bucket there to prevent the bathroom from flooding. We apologize the inconvenient. We sincerely apologize for the issue with the air conditioning, which was repaired as quickly as possible. We hope that, all things considered—and putting the minor issues aside—you enjoyed your stay.

Schönes Haus

Gemütliches Haus mit viel Platz. Die Lage in Cala dOr ist ganz gut. Um an die schönen Strände zu kommen braucht man ein Auto.
