As posted (which is excellent)

Intelligently and tastefully designed studio with all required amenities and with a very nice balcony / terrace. Came for the Boat Show and couldn’t find a better choice. Works perfectly for a couple and son. More guests would be tight. The owner is attentive, fast response and gives detailed in explanations. All-in a 10!
