The property is located near the medieval town of Altdorf, also known as the “Outdoor and Leisure Region” of Bavaria—Middle Franconia—Nuremberg Region. The entire region offers a wide range of recreational activities, such as golf courses, lakes, rivers, palaces, castles, exciting hiking trails, waterfalls, architectural sights, and much more. The holiday home’s decor—including terracotta tiles, genuine brass hardware on the windows and doors, lattice windows, wall and ceiling lights, and curtains—evokes the atmosphere of Tuscany. It features real wood parquet flooring and is decorated with thoughtful details. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped to a high standard, as are the terraces. The holiday home also features an open fireplace in the living room and on the terrace, as well as a tiled stove in the kitchen. It also has central heating and, in some areas, underfloor heating. In addition, there is a small apartment in the basement for 1–2 people, which can be rented separately from the main house. It is also fully equipped to a high standard. The renter agrees to pay the price for the entire rental period via bank transfer no later than three days after booking/receipt of the invoice, to pay the total rental amount in advance via bank transfer, plus a security deposit of 500.00 euros for the holiday home or 250.00 euros for the holiday apartment, to the following account: Any additional costs are due in cash on the day before departure or will be deducted from the security deposit. Please note: No cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations resulting from official COVID-19-related requirements or restrictions. Any down payments already made in this context will be refunded. Otherwise, the following conditions apply. High season: For cancellations made 4 weeks before the start of the trip—20% refund of the booking price; for cancellations made 2 weeks before the start of the trip— - 10% refund of the booking price during the mid-season, 4 weeks in advance; 50% refund of the booking price, 2 weeks in advance; 25% refund of the booking price during the off-season, 4 weeks in advance; 30% refund of the booking price, 2 weeks in advance Refund of the booking price: For bookings with a minimum stay of 14 days, you will receive one complimentary cleaning service. Dogs allowed only upon request! Check-in: 2:00–4:00 p.m. (or by telephone arrangement) Check-out: 10:00 a.m. (by arrangement) Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets: upon request; depending on the dog’s size, a cleaning fee of 10–15 EUR per day applies. Extra bed: upon request. Additional costs: House cleaning is generally performed once a week. Additional house cleaning is available by prior arrangement (please give at least one day’s notice; this service is subject to a fee). For bookings of 14 days or more, one free cleaning is provided.
