Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced). In the house: infrared sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Schwendberg Greider" 210 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 5.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, gondola lift 3.8 km, skisport facilities 3.8 km, ski rental 3.8 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Zillertal 3000, Möslbahn 3.8 km, Zillertal Arena 10 km. Hiking paths: Zillertaler Alpen. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with 1 sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Terrace 20 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance, smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Die Ferienwohnung war wunderschön, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage und die liebevolle Einrichtung haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin Elisabeth. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

SO stellt man sich Urlaub in den Bergen vor. Eine Traum-Aussicht. Sonnenaufgang direkt vorm Fenster. Wir haben NUR auf der Terrasse gegessen! Unglaublich nette Gastgeberin. Danke!!

Wir haben eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung angetroffen.Liegt zwar etwas abseits vom Ortskern , aber wunderbare Aussicht und Ruhe. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr herzlich empfangen. Im Kühlschrank waren schon frische Eier von den eigenen Hühnern.Die Wohnung war top eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sogar eine Infrarotkabine mit eigener Dusche stand uns zur Verfügung. Auch würde uns ein Brötchenservice angeboten. Nochmals vielen Dank für den schönen erholsamen Urlaub ,liebe E.

Super Urlaub, mit einer tollen und äußerst liebevollen Vermieterin. Eier von eigenen Hühnern machten das Frühstück perfekt. Die Wohnung hatte alles, es fehlte an nichts. Wir fühlten uns richtig wohl. Es gab sogar eine Infrarotkabine, so dass abends unsere Muskaltur entspannen konnte. Also alles rundum gelungen.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich hatte noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Der Möselbahn ist in 15min mit dem Skibus zu erreichen was auch super ist.

Frühstück mit Bergpanorama

Morgens bei Sonnenschein auf der Terasse sitzen und mit Blick auf die Berge frühstücken - so hatten wir uns unseren Start in die Urlaubstage vorgestellt. Und genauso wie es die Bilder in der Anzeige erahnen ließen, war es dann auch. Nur noch schöner!! Die FeWo ist hell und freundlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Und sollte doch noch etwas fehlen, hilft die Vermieterin ganz unkompliziert weiter. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen im Zillertal verlebt.

Hochwertige Einrichtung und sehr sauber.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas oberhalb, und hat daher eine wunderschöne rundum Sicht mit einem schönen Bergpanorama. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist eventuell die Lage für ungeübte Autofahrer. Da es sehr viele Serpentinen zu bewältigen gibt. Dafür wird man aber mit einer richtig schönen Unterkunft belohnt. Nach einem anstrengenden Wandertag,ist es herrlich, wenn man in die Infrarotkabine gehen kann. Der Körper kann dabei richtig gut entspannen. Ich habe auch gerne mit der Schaukel geschaukelt.!

Sehr moderne und schön eingerichtete Wohnung, die fast keinen Wunsch mehr übrig lässt. Toller Panoramablick und auch ruhige Lage. Genügend Platz mit verschiedensten Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im Terrassenbereich. Überdachter PKW-Stellplatz. Brötchenservice mit xxl-Auswahl ist prima. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die gut im Austausch mit uns war. Wohnung würden wir jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Prachtig ruim appartement. Een topper!

Wij hebben genoten in dit mooie appartement. Er is overal aan gedacht, niks ontbreekt er en alles is brandschoon. Grote slaapkamers en bedden met goede matrassen, veel opbergruimte en garage. Het huis is hoog gelegen, pittige hoogtes om te wandelen en te mountainbiken maar wel een uitdaging. Mooi uitzicht, genoeg winkels/restaurants in Hippach. Van hieruit mogelijkheid tot het maken van excursies.
