Quiet Bliss

This is a newly done, handcrafted, beautiful house that is everything you would expect for the German Alps region. The home was clean and tastefully decorated, with plenty of room for a family of four adults. There are balconies on two levels with lovely mountain views where you can sit and read or just enjoy your coffee or wine. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had a roomy walk-in shower and a separate tub. The home sits in a quiet little enclave with absolutely no traffic going past your door. If you are looking. Parking is also right outside your door. One morning, I sat on the balcony and watched one of the neighbors herd their cows out to pasture. :) There is a small boutique hotel a 1-minute walk away where I would assume you could get breakfast and dinner if you chose, but I'm not positive because I didn't look into it. Otherwise, it is a few minutes drive to get to any eateries. I would stay here again and highly recommend it if you want a quiet setting with relatively quick access to all the southern tier has to offer.

Fantastische Ferienwohnung, hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Clou ist dann noch die Königscard, eine Art all-inclusive-Karte für Thermen, Bäder, Bergbahnen u.v.m.6 von 5 Sternen für diese Unterkunft!

Sehr gemütliche & wunderschöne Ferienwohnung!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der tollen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen! Wir wurden sehr liebevoll begrüßt. Alles so gemütlich & liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und es fehlt an nichts. Selbst für unsere Kinder war alles vorhanden! Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter für die Herzlichkeit!

Handcrafted Modern Chalet by carpenter owner

We LOVED this beautiful home! It had everything we needed to cook all of our meals at home. The beds, chairs, and couch were very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and cozy throws. All was new, modern, functional and tasteful! Beautiful views from the two balconies. Parking was easy! The communication was great. We enjoyed meeting wonderful owner, a carpenter by trade, who built the home with attention to EVERY detail! HIGHLY recommend! We look forward to returning!

HolzZeit ist die schönschte Zeit

Obwohl wir nu für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp und nur für drei Nächte angereist sind, muss ich sagen, daß wir eigentlich auch unseren gesamten Urlaub hier hätten verbringen können.So viele Ausflugsziele in der unmittelbaren Nähe und auch für ruhige Momente genügend Zeit.Die Unterkunft - ein Träumchen, man sieht und spürt, wieviel Herzblut und Detailverliebtheit darin steckt.Es ist einfach urgemütlich, man kann abends auf einem der beiden Balkone den Tag verabschieden oder morgens begrüßen.Wir haben die kurze Zeit sehr genossen und ich glaube ganz sicher, daß wir hierhinnochmal zurück kommen - dann aber für eine längere Zeit.

Winterurlaub

Die Wohnung ist SUPER, und trägt mit den Namen HOLZZEIT den genau richtigen Namen. Top sauber, liebevoll gestaltet, angefangen von Deko, kleine Überraschungen und so nette Vermieter. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig ,aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell an verschieden Ausflugzielen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Es war einfach toll, noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einfach rundum zum wohl fühlen. Sehr sehr sauber und eine wunderschöne Gegend. Man hat sich gleich willkommen gefühlt.

Wunderbar stilvolle Unterkunft über 2 Etagen. 2 Balkone geben genug Raum und Blick. Mehrere Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 5 Personen vorhanden. Küche und Bad sind mit allem ausgestattet und sehen dabei auch noch gut aus. Ein Kamin steht ebenfalls bereit. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Eine dicke Infomappe klärt vielseitig über die verschiedenen Aktivitäten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung auf.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in der HolzZeit. Die Wohnung ist wirklich super schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingereicht. Hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da kommen wir gerne wieder :-)

Gemütliches Wochenende im Holzhaus

Die Unterkunft ist super liebevoll hergerichtet. Alles ist aus Holz und die große, perfekt ausgestattete Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen und verweilen ein. Alles klappte reibungslos und wir bekamen noch Tipps von unseren Gastgebern. Sogar ein kostenloser Thermenaufenthalt ist dank der Kaiser-Card im Preis inbegriffen. Das schier endlose und landschaftlich wunderschöne Langlaufgebiet rund um Ettal ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Wir hatten ein wirklich wunderschönes Wochenende zu viert (zwei Pärchen) und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt

Bei Familie Langmayer haben wir ein sehr schönes Mädels-Wochenende verbracht. Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eigerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist wohnlich, stilbewusst und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit süßem Geschirr und allem was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft herzlich willkommen geheißen und mit Wandertipps in der Region versorgt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Una splendida vacanza

La casa è molto tranquilla, pulita e ben arredata, perfetta per una famiglia. La cucina é ben attrezzata. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti. Ci sono molte attività da fare nella zona, dalle passeggiate alle visite ai castelli, e viene fornita anche l'utilissima Konigscard. Tutto perfetto, speriamo di poter tornare presto!
