War ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Check-in, Küchenasstattung und WLAN-Empfang war ohne Probleme. Nur die Busanbindung von Prossen könnte besser sein.

Fazit: Geht so… Urlaub in der Platte.

Wer gerne in der guten alten Platte Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir können die Wohnung nur bedingt weiterempfehlen. Als allererstes möchte ich von vornherein hinzufügen, dass ich nicht genau nach der Lage der Wohnung auf Google Maps nachgeschaut habe. Mein Fehler! Die Bilder der Wohnung geben leider keinen Eindruck über die Anlage wieder. Ich habe der Beschreibung des Anbieters vertraut, mit der Aussage u.a. dass sie direkt am Wasser gelegen ist, was definitiv nicht so ist! Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Ansonsten beschränkt sich der Kontakt ausschließlich auf WhatsApp, mit einem Willkommensvideo, das definitiv nicht persönlich an uns gerichtet war (hier wurde eine Familie mit Tochter begrüßt und Willkommensgetränke angekündigt). Wir reisten allerdings mit unserem Sohn an, und die Getränke fanden wir leider auch nicht vor. Schade. Zum Schluss bekommt man ein Aufforderungsvideo, was man doch bitte noch alles zu erledigen hat, wenn man die Wohnung verlässt. Natürlich ist für uns klar, dass wir Müll entsorgen und den Geschirrspüler auszuräumen haben. Aber dann noch zu verlangen, die Bettwäsche abzuziehen, fanden wir jetzt tatsächlich ziemlich frech! Wir sind schon viel gereist, haben viele Ferienwohnungen gehabt und bezogen. Aber das haben wir auch noch nicht erlebt. Zumal man ja 60 Euro für eine Endreinigung bezahlt! Fazit: 5 Übernachtungen für 730 Euro in der Platte würden wir so nicht weiterempfehlen.

Herbstwanderungen

Wir hatten eine schöne Herbstferienwoche in einer Ferienwohnung, der es an nichts gefehlt hat. Ruhig gelegen, mit unzähligen Möglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung zum Wandern, zur Entspannung und Kultur.

Saubere Wohnung

Eine saubere Wohnung, in einem Mehrparteienhaus, gut 2km entfernt von Bad Schandau haben wir vorgefunden. Freundliche, im Rentneralter und etwas neugiere Nachbarn haben wir angetroffen. Einen Stellplatz für unser Auto haben wir auch immer gefunden. Von der Wohnung aus findet man ganz schnell Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind halbe Stunde entfernt. In der Wohnung findet man alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Sogar 2 Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung.

Kurztrip

Für einen Kurztrip ist die Wohnung sehr schön zentral gelegen. Notwendige Einkäufe für den täglichen Bedarf erreicht man in kurzer Entfernung mit dem Auto. Ein kleiner Italiener ist fußläufig zu erreichen und wirklich empfehlenswert. Die Gegend können wir nur empfehlen. Es gibt viel zu sehen und zu erkunden, egal ob zu Fuss, mit dem Rad oder mit dem Auto. Zur Unterkunft möchten wir noch ergänzen, dass es uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Küche war/ist voll ausgestattet. Wir werden Bad Schandau auf jeden Fall noch einmal besuchen.

Saubere, voll ausgetattete Wohnung in guter Ausflugslage

Wir hatten 5 Nächte in den Osterferien gebucht. Voll ausgestattete saubere Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus ganz in der Nähe von Bad Schandau. Alles wie beschrieben. Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter mit zahlreichen Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Gute Ausgangslage für zahlreiche Ausflugsziele in der Sächsischen Schweiz oder für eine Fahrt nach Dresden (per Auto oder Bahn). Haben einige Top-Ziele erlebt: Wanderung auf die Bastei, Besichtigung Festung Königstein, Ausflug zur Burg Hohnstein, Wanderung zu Affensteinen und Carolafelsen sowie zum Kuhstall mit der Kirnitzschtalbahn, ein Tag im wunderschönen Dresden. Und abends erschöpft konnten die Kids noch im Magenta-TV einen Film schauen.

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung

Wir waren hier drei Nächte. Die Ferienwohnung liegt schön ruhig, in der Wohnung selbst fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wanderlust im Elbsandsteingebirge

Die Wohnung und der gesamte Aufenthalt waren gut. Für mich war es besonders wichtig, dass die Wohnung sauber ist. Das war hier der Fall. Man hatte alles was man so braucht da und in der Nähe. Das Elbsandsteingebirge rund um Bad Schandau lädt zu vielen Wanderungen ein. Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (4 und 7) eine tolle Zeit.
