This comfortable house is located in the charming Zastań village on the Wolin Island. Away from the hustle and bustle of cities, it is located on the Kamień Lagoon, near the picturesque Koprowo lake (900m), it is an ideal solution for people who want to relax in the bosom of nature.
There is also the Amber Baltic golf club (5 km) nearby.
Fans of hiking or biking will also find something for themselves, because the house is 20 km from the Wolin National Park and 3 km from the Baltic Sea.
Being there, it is also worth going to the famous Międzyzdroje (16 km), Wolin known for the Viking Festival (20 km) or Świnoujście with the widest beach and the highest lighthouse on the Polish coast (30 km).

The property consists of a sunny living room with a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The house also has a balcony and a garden with a barbecue - a perfect place to relax on warm evenings. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary equipment that allows you to prepare tasty meals.
Guests can also use a private parking space on the property for 2 cars.
Parents traveling with small children can request an extra cot and baby's high chair, and there is a playground for children in the garden.

Joa kann man auch lassen...

Erster Eindruck war eigentlich ganz positiv, das sollte sich aber recht schnell ändern. Das Haus ist sauber. Das wars dann aber auch schon. Es wurde als umfangreich eingerichtet bezeichnet, was allerdings irreführend ist. Fangen wir beim Badezimmer an: die Dusche kann nur kalt oder kochend. Handtücher waren insgesamt 4 Stück für 4 Erwachsene für 8 Tage vorhanden. Einfach zu wenig. Küche ist so weit ok, es gibt Gläser und tausend Teller. Schüsseln wären noch super und Tücher zum Abtrocknen. Küche und Ess-/Wohnzimmer sind ein Raum. Nur können 6 Personen nicht wirklich zusammen sitzen. Es gibt eine Couch für zwei Leute und der Rest sitzt dann auf dem Boden!? Da gutes Wetter war wollten wir uns eben auf die Terrasse setzen... Mh ja, drei von den Vier Stühlen/Liegen waren kaputt. Wieso ersetzt man sowas nicht? Aber selbst, wenn man diese hätte nutzen können, so könnte man es draußen vor Lärm kaum aushalten! Das Haus scheint in ruhiger Lage zu liegen, allerdings werden überall neue Ferienhäuser gebaut. Es war jeden Tag von morgens bis abends absolut laut. Ob Rasenmäher bis Flex oder dauerbellender Hund, der Baulärm überschallt alles. Erholen und Urlaub genießen ging leider überhaupt nicht. Selbst Schlafen war nicht besonders, da die Betten extrem hart sind... Keine Ahnung wieso das Haus so überteuert ist für das was geboten wird. Wir sind maßlos enttäuscht. Für uns nie wieder!

Rundum zufrieden

Sehr sauberes Haus, äusserst gepflegtes Grundstück. Komplett eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne bald mal wieder kommen.
