Booking canceled!
When checking for the instructions to enter the apartment, we found the booking was canceled.
Calling the hotline, they mentioned that they were unable to get money from the credit card provided when the initial booking amount was taken.
I should have been looking to my emails while driving to Poland to discover in time.
