The apartment Eidechsspitz is located in the Residence Condor, in a quiet, sunny and central position of Meransen, with a wonderful panoramic view of the Eisack Valley, Puster Valley and the Dolomites, and is the ideal vacation destination in every season. From here you can stop at one of the 30 rustic alpine huts, ski in the Gitschberg Jochtal ski area or go on a hike or mountain bike tour against a picturesque backdrop. The modernly furnished apartment has a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 adults and one child. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The child-friendly accommodation provides a crib and toys on request. Washing machine and dryer are also available on request for a fee.
The outdoor area is a great place to wind down the evenings with a glass of wine on your balcony and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. In the shared area of Residence Condor guests will find a sauna to relax in, a beautiful communal garden with a large lawn and an open terrace. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals while the children romp on the playground (slide, climbing tower, sandbox).
Only 4 minutes walk from your accommodation, there is a restaurant and a bar (300 m). In 3 minutes walk you can reach a grocery market (210 m) and a bakery in 5 minutes walk (350 m). A public swimming pool is located nearby (6 minutes walk, 450 m). In winter you can easily reach the skiing area Gitschberg Jochtal at 2.107 m with the 8-seater cable car (7 km).

Super Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren in Südtirol

Pros: Wir haben den Urlaub für unsere Motoradtouren in Südtirol gebucht. Das sehr schöne Hotel mit tollen Ausblick auf die Berge hat uns von Anfang an begeistert. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit unsere 4 Motorräder unter das große Carport zu stellen, sodass Sie nicht nass wurden. Obwohl wir recht spät ankamen bereitet uns unserer Gastgeber noch ein leckeres Abendessen, sodass wir nicht nochmal los mussten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß mit einem riesigen Balkon.. Das einzige was fehlte war ein Backofen. Das war aber nicht weiter schlimm, da sich in 5min. Entfernung schon der Bäcker und ein Lebensmittelladen befand. Die Lage ist hervorragend für Bikertouren. Im Umkreis von ca. 50km erreicht man die schönsten Motorradstrecken in Südtirol. Sehr schön dabei sind die letzten Kilometer wieder auf den Heimweg,, wo man durch die Kurven nochmal richtig auskosten kann. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt und die freundliche Aufnahme in eurem schönen Hotel. VG Die 4 Biker aus Niedersachsen.
