Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee per car. These fees are separate from our fees and are paid directly to Ocean Lakes. **Richeson Properties charges a third party fee if you book through VRBO and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.

Cozy 1 bed/1 bath sitting on the lake, across the street from Sandy’s Meet & Eat, Soapy Suds, and the grocery store! Perfect location. The Water Park is one block over. And it’s just a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean!!
