Guests can enjoy a rooftop terrace with impressive skyline views along with lounge areas designed for relaxing between adventures. The building’s central Midtown location places visitors close to many of New York City’s most famous attractions.

The one-bedroom deluxe villa provides a comfortable layout ideal for couples or small families visiting New York City. The residence typically includes a private bedroom with a king bed, a living area with additional sleeping accommodations, and a kitchenette equipped with essential appliances for light meals during your stay.

The unit also includes a full bathroom and comfortable seating areas designed for relaxing after a day exploring Manhattan.

The resort is located in Midtown Manhattan, placing guests within walking distance of many iconic New York City attractions. Times Square, Broadway theaters, Grand Central Terminal, and Fifth Avenue shopping are all nearby.

Visitors can also explore Central Park, Rockefeller Center, museums, and some of the city’s most famous restaurants. The central location makes it easy to experience the energy and culture of New York City.

- No smoking is permitted at the resort.
- Valet parking is the only option offered by the resort to park your car during your stay. The per-night cost is $65 for vehicles less than 181 inches, $85 for vehicles over 181 inches in length, or SUVs. Please note that certain large vehicles, such as pickup trucks or large vans, will be charged $105 per night. In and out privileges are available for an additional fee of $15 per re-entrance. Additionally, the garage reserves the right to park certain cars depending on their make or model (no luxury cars, no Tesla truck, nor oversized)
- Bringing a car on vacation to the Wyndham Midtown 45 at New York City is not recommended.
