Tolles Haus, gut zum Erholen

Sehr liebevoll erbautes und eingerichtetes Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten, sich zu Erholen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen, egal ob als Familie oder mit Freunden. Whirlpool und Sauna sind top. Gerne wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für ein verlängertes Wochenende unter Freunden gebucht. Das Haus ist tip top, Whirlpool und Sauna waren selbst bei den kalten Temperaturen ein Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Auszeit

Wir waren ein zweites Mal in diesem Haus. Lage (sehr ruhig) vor allem aber der Außenbereich mit Terrasse, Whirlpool und Sauna ließen uns einmal wieder den Alltag vergessen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssten erneuert und oder eventuell angeschafft werden. Neue Matratze im oberen Schlafzimmer an der Terrasse und für die Küche Auflaufform, Schüsseln. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder eine Auszeit hier verbringen. Empfehlung : Schloss Stolberg ansehen.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Als eine Gruppe von 7 Freunden haben wir hier eine Woche verbracht. Aufgrund der guten Beschreibung und Fotos wussten wir, was uns im Haus erwartet und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alle Zimmer waren einwandfrei sauber, die Betten bequem und das Haus modern eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist aber absolut der Außenbereich, vor allem mit Sauna und Whirlpool. Über die ruhige Lage und damit verbundene weite Einkaufswege für die ein Auto vorhanden sein sollte, muss man sich aber im Klaren sein. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge gibt es an der Küchenausstattung: Messbecher, Waage und Auflaufformen hätten die ansonsten tolle Küche noch besser gemacht.

Wer die Ruhe liebt ist hier richtig. Kleines Dorf mit wenig Aufregung, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man muss sich also alles Essbare selbst mitbringen. Von den 3 angegebenen Fernsehern waren 2 vorhanden, nur einer funktionierte. Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben.

perfektes Außengelände mit Überdachung

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wellnessburg. Whirlpool, Sauna und die Privatsphäre waren ein Highlight. Es gab genug Platz für Geselligkeit aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal da! Es war wieder überwältigend, Ruhe gepflegte Sauberkeit sehr gute Betreuung durch Verwaltung, Aussen- whirlpool 40Grad Sauna in Reichweite, gesamte Einrichtung modern liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer Bäder modern Außenanlagen gross AUSSENKAMIN mit Lounge: Wir 5 Männer haben am Abreisetag sofort FÜR 2025 neu gebucht! Da der 2.Aufenthalt noch besser war. Sehr empfehlenswert dieses liebevolle, sehr romantisches Objekt im Harz! Es gab keinerlei Störung oder Behinderung, alle Zimmer gros und gut erreichbar. Die kleine originelle Innentreppe ist für Kleinkinder oder eingeschränkte Personen ungeeignet- der Weg über eine Aussenaufgang ist sicher.Das gesamte Objekt ist wählbar sehr gut ausgeleuchtet. sehr schöne Ferienwohnung im Harz

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Ein großes Ferienhaus mit vielen Schlafzimmern im Südharz. Ideal für größere Reisegruppen. schöne große Terrasse/Veranda mit Whirlpool, Sauna und Grillkamin. Sauber, neu modernisiert und viel Platz.

Zustand mäßig / Sauberkeit schlecht

Wir (Männergruppe 5Personen) waren von dem allgemeinen Zustand (Verarbeitung und Qualität von Inventar und Innenbau) sowie Sauberkeit sehr enttäuscht. Die oberen Schlafzimmer (1 davon direkt im Treppenhaus/Flur) ohne Verschattung/Gardinen. Heizung ging 2,5Tage nicht (bei Aufenthalt von 4,5Tagen), da Heizöl leer war. Kann passieren. Wurde am Tag der Anreise durch uns festgestellt und am nächsten Morgen direkt kommuniziert. Es wurde schnell reagiert. Heizung lief am 2 Tag ab Nachmittag dann erstmals. Leider nur für 1,5 Tage, da zu wenig neues Heizöl nachgefüllt wurde. Scheinbar eine gängige Methode um Energiekosten gering zu halten. Aufgrund dieser Problematik hatten wir auch „ständig“ Besuch von Vermieter/Verwalter/Hausmeister. Außenbereich sehr schön und gut ausgebaut. Grundsätzlich: Bilder SEHR Vorteilhaft „geknipst“. Wir werden uns für das nächste Jahr eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Preis Leistung steht hier in keinem Verhältnis.

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Objekt war einwandfrei sauber. Sauna und Whirlpool traumhaft. Innen teilweise etwas verwinkelt und eng, der Außenbereich ist sensationell. Preis/ Leistung super.

Schönes Haus zum Runterkommen

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in dem großen Ferienhaus. 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 2 Jugendliche hatten jede Menge Platz. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten.
