Nearby you'll also find the iconic San Isidro Cathedral, the historic Quinta Los Ombúes, Villa Ocampo, parks, top-tier cafés and restaurants, as well as the San Isidro Riverside, ideal for walks and outdoor activities by the river. The owners usually live in the house, and the service staff has been working on the property for 15 years.

A house of this style and size requires constant maintenance. The idea is for our guests to relax and enjoy without worries. For this reason, housekeeping and gardening/pool services are included and are not optional.

Housekeeping will be provided 3 times per week (Monday–Wednesday–Friday, except holidays), and the gardener/pool service once per week on Thursdays.

* Parties or events: Not allowed.

* Noise: Please keep noise levels moderate, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

House care:

* Do not move heavy furniture without authorization.

* Avoid leaving food outdoors (it may attract animals).

Pool: Use at the guest’s own responsibility.
Children must always be supervised by an adult.

* Garden: Do not throw cigarette butts or trash.

* Smoke-free home: ashtrays are available outside (a penalty will apply if smoking indoors).

* Security: Please lock all doors when leaving.

* Damages: Please report any damage during your stay.
