Two-story Victorian home down the street from Belmar Marina with its amazing waterfront restaurant and mini beach.
• 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths with a large kitchen, pantry, dining room, and living room
• 2-zone central air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans,
• Huge wrap-around front porch and fenced-in yard complete with a fire pit
• Washer and dryer in walkout basement
• Basement painted and has an additional shower – great for after the beach!
• Convenient to train, bus, Belmar's amazing restaurants and night spots, as well as shops, and of course Belmar Beach
. Well behaved pets allowed
Note: This is not a party house. It is the quiet section of Belmar and you will lose your deposit and need to leave if police are called.
Also first preference and discounts for those who want the place from Memorial day to Labor day.
