Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, also accessible via the hallway.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 full size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds, a twin size trundle bed, a twin size pullout sleeper, and a smart TV.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

· Washer and dryer available in home.

· Driveway and street parking for 6 vehicles available.

· This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras;

o (1) located at and actively monitoring the front door,

o (2) located at the back porch and actively monitoring the back porch and stairs,

o (3) located at the back of the house and actively monitoring the front yard, front patio and side of house for downstairs patio entry.

· Children’s dinnerware provided.
