Around the 8m x 4m pool with steps is the open terrace surrounded by a landscaped garden with lawnand palm trees. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water. Très agréable séjour

Très bon accueil autant de la part de l’agence que de la part des propriétaires qui habitent juste à côté. Très réactifs en cas de soucis. Maison très spacieuse avec beaucoup d’ustensiles et de vaisselle. Bbq traditionnel à disposition fort appréciable. Petit bémol concernant l’efficacité du lave vaisselle: vaisselle ressort pas toujours nette. Localisation parfaite. Au calme et à - de 10 minutes des plages, restos, supermarchés et magasins. Très chouette séjour avec 2 ados de 12 et 16 ans.

Très agréable séjour

Maison parfaite pour 4 Adultes, extrêmement bien équipée, et vraiment très propre Environnement très calme. La piscine est superbe et bien entretenue Rien à dire sincèrement est parfait La personne en charge de la gestion est très bien et très à l écoute A refaire

Belle location

Bonjour, nous avons loué cette villa 2 semaines et avons passé un très agréable séjour. Ulrike qui s'occupe de la location est adorable et nous a vraiment facilité les choses pour notre arrivée et notre départ ! Merci encore. La maison est tres grande, la literie est de bonne qualité, chose assez rare et donc a signaler . La piscine est tres grande et sans vis a vis , les jardins est magnifiquement arboré, et le must, la cuisine d'exterieur et l'assienda qui permet de manger à l'ombre . les propriétaires qui habitent à coté sont tres discrets et tres gentils . je recommande

Superbes vacances au calme à Benissa!

Très belle villa au calme avec superbe jardin bien aménagé. L’intérieur est très bien agencé: tout est pratique ( cuisine très bien équipée, lave vaisselle , four, four micro ondes, grand frigo,...) et le plus la clim dans les chambres! Nous avons apprécié la très grande piscine et l’espace de vie extérieur ( barbecue, cuisine d’été et coin ombragé ) sans oublier la douche extérieure qui est très pratique! Dommage par contre de n’avoir eu qu’un seul nettoyage de la piscine alors qu’il en était prévu plusieurs sur 2 semaines. Très bon accueil de Benni qui est discret pendant le séjour mais à l’écoute si besoin. Villa à conseiller pour une famille qui recherche le calme tout en étant proche de la mer ( las cales) et des villes comme Calpe ou Moraira. A 5 min il y a un centre commercial pour les courses c’est très pratique,

Très belle villa

La maison est conforme aux photos et descriptif. Elle est très bien entretenue et "livrée" dans un état irréprochable à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur (rigueur allemande). Elle est dans un quartier très agréable et très calme sans vis à vis et à 10 mn en voiture de la plage de la Fustera et 15 mn des plages de Moraira ou de Calpe. Le terrain est entièrement clos. La cuisine d'été est un vrai plus ainsi que la douche extérieure qui dispose de l'eau chaude. Les 2 lits de 200 X 200 sont équipés de très bons matelas.

Tolle Villa!! Super Urlaub!!

Wir waren schon öfter in Moraira (Benissa) zum Urlaub machen, aber noch nie in einer solch schönen Villa! Die Ausstattung ist perfekt (es fehlt wirklich an nichts), das gemütliche Ambiente (sauber, gepflegtes Mobiliar) und die liebevollen Details! Der schön angelegte Garten, der Poolbereich luden zum Verweilen und Relaxen ein! Auch unsere Hündin fand die Wiese ums Haus zum Spielen und Herumtollen ganz klasse! Die Beschreibung im Internet stimmt eins zu eins! In Natura ist die Villa aber noch viel schöner, als auf den Bildern! Die Nachbarn wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit! Sie halten sich im Hintergrund! Wenn man sie aber braucht und Fragen hat, sind sie sofort da und stehen Einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend/Straße! Wir konnten bei dieser Ruhe sehr gut entspannen! In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es leckere Restaurants, schöne Strände u. idyllische Städtchen! Wir können dieses Feriendomizil mit gutem Gewissen Jedem weiter empfehlen! Rundum hat alles gepasst und wir sind super gut erholt nach Hause gefahren! Liebe Grüße T. und M. Sperling

Super Urlaub in einem tollen Haus.

Wir waren im Juni 3 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen und sehr gepflegtem Haus. Unsere Erwartungen wurden total erfüllt und entsprachen den Angaben in der Beschreibung. Draußen wie Innen war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche war komplett eingerichtet, nichts fehlte. Der ganze Innenbereich war sehr schön eingerichtet. Schlafzimmer und Bad sehr geräumig. Viele Einbauschränke. Der supertolle Fernseher, gerade zur WM, war natürlich ein Sahnestückchen für uns. Besonders angenehm empfanden wir den tollen Außenbereich mit der Außenküche. Grill, Gasherd und Spülbecken; alles vorhanden. Außerdem Toilette und Dusche draußen. Die ruhige Lage empfanden wir auch als sehr wohltuend. Betreuer und Vermieter waren sehr interessiert und aufmerksam. Wir waren schon 8x an der Costa Blanca und fanden dieses schöne Feriendomizil am Besten. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder.

Villa Gisela

Sehr unfreundlicher und nicht gerade entgegenkommender Hauseigentümmer ( wohnt im Nebenhaus ) Leider haben sich auch die Vermieter nicht um unsere Anliegen gekümmert ( falsche Angaben im Internet , Sauberkeit des Pools durch defekte Reinigungsklappen mangelhaft etc.) Wir werden dieses Ferienhaus nicht unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen.

Einfach nur schön!

Vom 17.5. bis 2.6.2010 haben wir eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Gisela verbracht! Es war alles genau so wie im Internet beschrieben und unsere kleine Dackelhündin hat sich auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Inneneinrichtung war gepflegt, in der großen Einbauküche gab es alles, was einen bequemen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Aber auch die Außenküche mit Gasherd und den großen Grill haben wir gerne genutzt. Sehr bequem war, dass es draußen ein Gäste-WC gab, da wir uns fast ausschließlich auf der Terrasse und im Pool aufgehalten haben. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, die Entfernung nach Moraira oder Calpe hält sich in Grenzen, jeweils ca. 5 km. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten, insbesondere möchte ich hier die wunderbare persönliche Betreuung durch die Vermietagentur Estrellaservice hervorheben!
