Loft by the lake! Lake hopping between Lake Starnberg and Lake Ammersee

Our 90 m² maisonette loft is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and recharge.
The open entrance area leads straight into a bright and airy kitchen and dining space. Here you'll cook on an original Bulthaup workbench from the 1980s – full of charm and character, complemented by modern amenities: an induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, and fridge-freezer are all part of the fully equipped kitchen. From the dining table, you can enjoy views of the garden – complete with its own apple tree.

A staircase takes you to the upper level, where a cozy living room awaits with direct access to the sunny rooftop terrace. A WMF electric grill is available – perfect for warm summer evenings. Music lovers will appreciate the Bluetooth adapter for personal playlists, as well as a Sony sound system with CD player (a fine selection is provided), cassette deck, and radio. Cable TV is also available.

The open sleeping area upstairs includes one double bed (160x200) and two single beds (90x200), separated by a blackout curtain for privacy. A bright bathroom with bathtub is directly connected, and an additional WC is located on the lower level.

A high-quality Prostoria sofa bed in the living room (140x200) provides space for a 5th and 6th guest.

Travelling with little ones? No problem.
We’re happy to provide two Babybay bedside cribs (Mini & Maxi), a foldable travel cot for toddlers up to around 3 years, and a Tripp Trapp highchair with baby seat. A changing mat is also available. Just let us know in advance if you’d like to use the baby equipment. Due to the layout of the loft, a stair gate unfortunately cannot be installed.

A washing machine is available free of charge in the basement.
Check-in is contactless via key box – allowing for a flexible and relaxed arrival.

Perfectly peaceful.

Highly recommended, very clean & comfortable. The south facing terrace was lovely to sit at. Lots of space in the dining room and living room, though the kitchen area was quite small (but well supplied). Our host had provided lots of small extras to make the stay very enjoyable such as a variety of hot drinks, different oils & vinegars, sandwich bags, clippits, laundry powder etc. The property is in a very peaceful and friendly area of the village. There are lots of swimming areas and watersports nearby, especially near the quiet & picturesque lake at Pilsensee. Our host was very accommodating without being obtrusive. I would definitely go back!.

Schöne großräumige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der schönen Maisonettewohnung. Sehr groß und gemütlich; in der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt, sodass man unkompliziert kochen konnte. Die Dachterasse hat sich gut angeboten für ein Frühstück mit Morgensonne oder zum Yogieren :-)

Traumhafte Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet: Betten sind super, Küche komplett ausgestattet( es fehlt an nichts), Tee/ Kaffee/Gewürze/ Öl/Essig wurde bereit gestellt, die Schaukel im unteren Zimmer war der Hit für uns alle und das WLAN funktioniert auch einwandfrei ( im unteren Zimmer). Im Wohnzimmerregal standen Reiseführer /Bücher aus der Umgebung bereit!!!! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!!

Wunderbare Zeit

Wir hatten in diesem September das Loft für eine Woche angemietet. Es war ein toller Urlaub, wir haben uns gut erholt und die Gegend mit unseren Rädern auf den gut beschilderten Radwegen erkundet. Und zwischendurch durfte ein Bad in einen der nahegelegenen Seen nicht fehlen.

Wunderschöne Location

Wir haben uns in dem stivoll eingerichteten Loft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zu den 5 oberbayerischen Seen und München bot viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung mit unseren fast erwachsenen Kindern. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, einfach traumhaft und die Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Tolles Loft in schöner Umgebung

Sehr schönes und geschmackvolles Ambiente mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders die Schaukel hat alle (!) begeistert. Gute Infrastruktur, die S-Bahn nach München ist in knapp 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar und fährt auch noch spät Abends. Lieben Dank auch für die nette Begrüßung und die bereitgestellte Erfrischung bei der Sommerhitze. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder:)

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Familien-Urlaub (4 Erwachsene) im Loft sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Hechendorf hat eine gute Anbindung mit der S-Bahn nach München. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Vermieterin Frau Preuß ist eine tolle, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie kümmert sich sofort um alles und macht alles möglich. Vielen Dank. Fazit: wir können diese Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen

Wunderschöne, ruhige Gegend

Wir haben hier bei Ihnen, liebe Rebekka, wunderschöne, erholsame Urlaubstage verbracht. Ihre Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern ausgestattet. Die Liebe zum Detail ist auch sehr deutlich zu erkennen. Im Esszimmer haben wir schöne und lange Abende am Tisch verbracht. Die Schaukel war natürlich der Renner auch bei Teenies :)….. Nochmals vielen Dank für die super schnelle Hilfe beim Inbusschlüssel fürs Fahrrad! War noch am gleichen Tag erledigt, Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Top!!! Ein Urlaubszuhause mit Kinderhighlight

Wir haben wundervolle 8 Tage mit unseren beiden Kindern (8 und 4 Jahre) im Loft gehabt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist toll und lädt zu lauter besonderen Ausflügen ein. Die Wohnung selbst fanden wir sehr gemütlich, sauber und lies kaum Wünsche an eine Ferienunterkunft offen und sehr besonders eingerichtet - die Schaukel ist mit den Kindern natürlich das absolute Highlight gewesen, aber auch insgesamt haben wir alle 4 uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

TOP Location

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Loft liegt absolut ruhig in einer Nebenstrasse. Alles auf den Bildern enspricht zu 100% der Realität. Es ist alles vorhanden. Selbst Handseife, Öl, Gewürze, als auch Toilettenpaier sind vorhanden, und sogar zum Nachfüllen vorhanden. Die Loft ist sehr schön hell und hat ein traumhafte Dachterasse. Nach Münchenkommt man mit den Auto als auch mit der S-Bahn innerhalb von ca 30min. Parken in der City ist analog der S-Bahnpreise. Man kann also beides nutzen. Wir persönlich haben es vorgezogen mit demAuto zu fahren. Auch eine Stellplatz ist vorhanden. Bei unserer Ankunft war Rebecca, die Vermieterin, zugegen und hat auns den Schlüssel übergeben und in die Loft geführt. Auch eine kontaklose Schlüsselübergabe kann, wenn man möchte, erfolgen Wir können nur DANKE für den tollen Aufenthalt der Gastgeberrin sagen

Traumhafter Aufenthalt am Ammersee

Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Rebekkas Loft. In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was es braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten unfassbar bequem und die Einrichtung hochwertig und stilvoll. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Perfekt auch für digitales Arbeiten im Homeoffice geeignet. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder! :)

Schöne Wohnung mit super Lage für Ausflüge

Der Empfang der Gastgeberin war sehr angenehm. Sie war sehr bemüht, das alles vorhanden ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in mitten vieler Ausflugsziele. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
