This updated split level Craftsman house has a master bedroom that opens onto the patio. It is private and inviting. The second bedroom has a bunk bed good for kids of any age. We have window A/C units for hot days, though the house tends to stay cool and comfy in the summer. We have an ADU in the back where we'll be storing our personal items so you can have plenty of space to make the home yours.

We have some high end appliances in the kitchen and original Craftsman details in the home. A great view of the hills from the extra large double pane window in the living room. Our neighbors are warm, friendly, and quiet.

We are walking distance to Dimond park that has a year round heated outdoor pool. We are also walking distance to coffee, restaurants and bars. Glenview is a neighborhood full of families, people walking their dogs, and lovely gardens to enjoy on your strolls.
There is a bus line nearby as well.

We have two kids and would be more than happy to provide suggestions on family activities and summer camps in the area that still have openings.
