With a view of the mountain, the holiday apartment La Terrazza in Brunate is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 40 m², energy-efficient holiday apartment consists of 1 bathroom, a very well-equipped kitchen, a living room and 1 bedroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a fan, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, children's books and toys, a washing machine as well as a TV.
The holiday home also boasts a private open terrace where you can chill out in the evening.
The closest restaurant is 609 m and the closest bakery is 718 m away. The nearest cafe and bar are 1.4 km and 2.7 km away and the nearest supermarket is 2 km away. Lake Como is approximately 6 km away. You can get here by car (15 minutes) or by cable car (20 minutes). Milan and its airport is approximately 40 km away. You can also take a train to Milan.
There should be no noise from 10pm to 8am and parties are not allowed. Upon arrival each guest will be asked for an identity document to comply with Italian law on public safety.

lovely home
Pros: Ebe's house in Brunate is a lovely home, feels comfortable, equipped with anything you might need. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. Communication with Ebe was great, always available and helpful.
Cons: Getting to Brunate from Como was a little troublesome without a car. Although there is a cable car available, we didn't previously know we could use a locals passcard to skip the massive tousirst line.
