The apartment is just 255 metres from the sea. A staircase provides quick access to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach with its characteristic beach chairs. Dog owners will particularly appreciate the location near the Kammerwald forest, where both people and pets can unwind during long, relaxing walks. The beech forest is only about 400 metres away and provides shade and fresh forest air.

Your four-legged friend will feel right at home in the holiday apartment! Please understand that only one dog is permitted.

Living

Three rooms offer space for up to five people. The bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed (1.80 metres wide) and a large closet. Also on this level is the spacious living room with access to the terrace and a small garden, as well as the separate kitchen, which is perfect for leisurely cooking evenings. The cosy couch can be converted into an additional sleeping area in no time (1.70 x 2.00 metres). Large windows ensure a bright and welcoming atmosphere all day long, and thanks to the electric blinds, a restful night’s sleep is guaranteed. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor of the apartment. The staircase leads to the lower level of the newly built apartment. Here you’ll find the second bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 metres wide) as well as the second bathroom with a washing machine. The built-in closet in the bedroom offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. You’ll also find the pull-out infrared sauna here (sauna towels are not included).

Entertainment

Both the living room and the two bedrooms are equipped with modern smart TVs. Wi-Fi access and the radio are also part of the entertainment package.

The mandatory visitor’s tax (for guests 18 years of age and older) is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately. Please feel free to contact us in advance to enquire about prices. The price range is between €1.90 and €3.50 per night per person.
