This villa is located within a private community in ALDEA ZAMA, one of the most exclusive areas in Tulum (right in between downtown and the hotel zone) Here you will find coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance.
Tulum center is around 10 minutes of driving, where you can find many restaurants of all kinds, bars, convenience stores, souvenir places, and nice local experiences waiting for you.
Tulum Beaches and Hotel Zone is around 15-20 minutes of driving depending on where you go and the traffic. Here you can also find top-notch restaurants, more souvenir spots, amazing beach clubs, bars, shops, cenotes, and many more things waiting for you to experience with the Jungle-Beach vibes.
