Newly renovated 1 bedroom with king size bed and reading nook. One full size bathroom with shower over tub. Sofa in front room turns into a queen size sofa bed for two. Twin air mattress available in hallway closet. Full size kitchen with Keurig Coffee Maker w/starter pods, tea bags, sugar and packets of creamer. Iron with ironing board located in 2nd  floor laundry room. Hand held garment steamer in the condo itself located in the bedroom closet.  Two extra fold out chairs for the balcony located in hallway closet. Please return chairs to the hallway closet when checking out. Smart TV located in living room and TV located in bedroom. 
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Additional fees paid on-site, 24,000 square-foot-recreation center include: indoor/salt water pool, indoor hot tub, dry saunas, steam room, full indoor basketball court, racket ball court, fitness center, game room, lofted great room, mini golf, mini bowling, pool table, ping pong table, bike rentals, outdoor patio, library/media area, craft room, water aerobics classes , picnic areas w/grills, full communal kitchen in Rec Center, coin laundry on 2nd floor of condo building. PARKING: Community parking lot (first-come, first-served). All additional fees for amenities as follows: Mini Golf $2, Bike Rentals $3/hr $6/4hr $12/8hrs, Mini Bowling $2/game/person, DVD rentals $3/24hrs, crafts $vary, everything else is included at no extra cost. All guests will be given an activity calendar when checking in. Activities change from week to week.
NOTE: The golf course closes Oct 31 and reopens in the spring season -
NOTE: Week 16 and week 45 of every calendar year the Rec Center is closed for maintenance and a discounted nightly rate can be offered for those weeks.
