You can’t live any closer to the sea than in the high-quality, modernly furnished “Auf der Ostsee” apartment in Olpenitz (Schlei/Baltic Sea).
Idyllically situated at the end of the headland, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Molenhuus and thus in the more exclusive part of the resort. Here, individually designed houses dominate the landscape, creating a truly charming view.



You can easily reach your dream seaside apartment—located just an incredible 6 meters (!) from the Baltic Sea—via an elevator.
The 53-square-meter apartment accommodates up to 4 people and impresses with its attractive and high-quality furnishings. It features a cozy, open-concept living area with a couch that can be converted into a sleeper sofa. The dining area and kitchen are integrated into this open-concept layout. There’s also a modern bedroom with blackout pleated blinds and a bathroom with a shower. The living area opens onto a furnished balcony with a sea view!



In the basement of the Molenhuus is a shared wellness area with a sauna (coin-operated), a whirlpool tub, and a relaxation area with lounge chairs. There is also a shared washer and dryer in the basement (coin-operated).


We ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.



A private parking space in front of the house is included in the price.
Across from the Molenhuus, there is a charging station for electric cars (fee applies; credit card required).

You can securely lock your bicycles to two spiral bike racks in front of the house. 



What makes the Molenhuus truly special—aside from its high-quality amenities, of course—is its extremely close proximity to the sea and the resulting fantastic side view of the ocean from its prominent location at the tip of the headland in this newly developed vacation area.
The Ostseeresort Olpenitz (ORO-Beach) swimming cove, with its finest sandy beach and beach club, is located just 400 meters from the apartment. 



Olpenitz is located in northeastern Schleswig-Holstein, in one of Germany’s most beautiful vacation landscapes, directly between the Schlei estuary and the Baltic Sea.
The unique landscape exudes pure relaxation and radiates the joy and delight of authentic Schleswig-Holstein life, embraced by the sea.



Enjoy long walks, hikes, and bike rides in the great outdoors at Germany’s northernmost nature park.
The Schlei is one of Schleswig-Holstein’s four fjords. Sometimes it flows like a river, other times it stretches out like a lake. The shoreline features cliffs and small coves, making it a truly magical landscape and nature reserve.
The entire Schlei region is known as a breeding, resting, and migration area for birds.
There are numerous major bike paths and a wide range of options for running and walking.
We also recommend taking a trip on the Schlei steamboat or the steam train.

You’ll fall in love with this charming little town, with its small shopping streets and arcades, often owner-operated shops, and fish smokehouses—there’s plenty to discover in Kappeln, far away from the stress and hustle and bustle.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and stands out for its attractive and very high-quality furnishings.



A tastefully furnished living room with a stylish new sofa (which can be used as a sofa bed for a 3rd or 4th — dimensions 1.40 m x 2.00 m) offers you a great ocean view and thus creates a truly maritime living experience by the sea.
From the living/dining area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony, which also offers a wonderful ocean view.
The open-concept living area features not only a cozy sofa and TV (with internet access) but also a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), oven, microwave, dishwasher, and other kitchen appliances such as a filter coffee maker and electric
