Welcome to the comfortable 1.5-room apartment "Nele" with sea view and balcony! This inviting apartment offers a living area and a bunk room with two single beds. The modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen is perfect for self-catering, and the apartment has a modern shower room with a floor-level shower and toilet.

The spacious balcony is equipped with a small seating and dining area and offers impressive panoramic views of the beach and the Baltic Sea. A flat-screen TV with cable connection and free Wi-Fi provide your media supply.

The booking price includes the use of a dedicated parking space, which is only suitable for small cars. Additional free parking spaces are available around the residential complex, although they may occasionally become scarce in the summer.

Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the ground floor. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available there, and there is also a storage room for bicycles you bring with you.

Wohnung ist in Ordnung und die Lage zur Ostsee und nach Flensburg ist gut. Die Waschmaschine ist kostenpflichtig und wird auch von den Bewohnern benutzt (separater Waschraum). Der Balkon ist verschmutzt und macht einen lieblosen Eindruck.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Mit dem rad ist in 15 bis 20 Min. mitten am hafen, der Weg dahin führt teilweise direkt am Wasser entlang. das auto haben wir nur zum einkaufen benutzt. Mit dem Sup unterm Arm direkt zum Strand - super. Die wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und für 2 Per. gross genug. Küche klein aber hat alles was man benötigt. Wir habne uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

wir sind das erste Mal hier und begeistert von der Lage der Wohnung. direkt mit dem sup unterm Arm zu. Strand laufen, das ist großartig. mit dem Rad sind es 20 Min bis zum Flensburger Hafen bzw. der Innenstadt. und der Weg dahin ist auch gut zu fahren, erst durch wald am wasser lang und dann saust man bergab in die stadt hinein.die wohnung selber ist gut ausgestattet, küche hat alles was man braucht und der balkon ist auch gross genug für zwei Personen. Wie werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen.
