This newly renovated condo is a golfer's paradise and beach lover's dream. Perfect for professionals and remote workers. You'll be at the end of a quiet, dead-end lane, only 3 steps to the pool and 3.5 miles to the ocean. All on one level, no stairs.

Discounts for weekly & monthly rentals. A 3-night minimum is required. Cleaning fee will be refunded if condo is left as found (we will do sheets, floors and bathrooms).

Brand new kitchen with coffee bar (Pour-over, Nespresso, French or drip), all new appliances. High-speed internet, cable, Alexa, LED AI 4K TV. Artwork by regional artists. Coastal modern, organic design.

Queen-sized bed in master, brand new mattresses, blackout curtains, twin trundle with 2 new mattresses in 2nd bedroom, indoor heated pool in complex, beach chairs, umbrella, Scott Burke pro body boards, and more.
