Great for beach lovers, golfers, vacations, or peaceful getaways. Twenty golf courses are within 10 miles. Newly renovated and designed with a modern, seagrass vibe.

You'll be at the end of a quiet, dead-end lane, only 5 steps to the pool and 3.5 miles to the ocean. All on one level, no stairs.

A 3-night minimum is required. Limit 4 guests, including children. Must be 25 and older, except for children accompanied by their parents. Discounts for weekly & monthly rentals.

New kitchen with coffee bar (Pour-over, Nespresso, or drip), all new appliances. High-speed internet, cable, Alexa, AI 4K TV. Artwork by regional artists.

Golf Colony Resort at Baytree in Little River is a residential area.

Susan was amazing to communicate with. The condo was stylishly decorated with art from local artist and the pottery placed throughout was beautiful. The pool was fantastic. There were a lot of extra amenities provided by the owner such as beach towels, beach chairs, extra pillows and blankets.The beds were so comfortable, and the community that the condo was located in felt safe which was most important. My 9 year old niece and I stayed there every night alone and felt safe walking outside alone.We had to pool to ourselves most of the stay. We walked into a welcome basket full of goodies that was so thoughtful and even a welcome sign. Its was such a welcoming personal touch, that shows how much they care for their guest.Everything you need shopping wise is 3 miles or less away. Tj Maxx, Bells, Foodlion, Publix, and Walmart. We found a pizza place called Swing Bridge Pizza thats a mile away that my son became obsessed with. The location is perfection!We will definitely be returning, this is my go to now for the Myrtle Beach area.

Susan was very quick to reply to my questions about the property. Check in was super simple. The condo was very cute and had everything we needed. Susan even checked in with us the next to day to make sure that we had everything we needed and everything was good! The pool right behind us was a plus! It was extremely helpful to have beach gear( boogie boards, chairs , towels etc.....) it made going to the beach much more enjoyable.If we are back in the area we would definitely stay again!

Anna is the type of guest every host wants. Her group of four people barely left a footprint. Her communication was excellent, we were so happy her group enjoyed the seafood at our favorite local fisherman's place. She respected our property and enjoyed our amenities. We hope to see you again!

This has been my vacation destination for about 30 years. I'm a lifelong journalist and media executive, retired now and doing a bit of traveling. I've renovated this condo and want to share it with others. My 90-year-old mother lives a few doors down. She's full of spunk and spends her weekends on the Big Casino boat in Little River. I hope you will find the vibe mellow, artistic, and enjoyable. Run to the ocean, play some golf, see the shows, lounge at the pool or just write at the mango desk.
