I think that overall everything was great. The only thing lacking for me was a little bit of the guest experience. When we first arrived, there was two bellhops that didn’t seem interested in helping me, but then an older gentleman offered to drive us to our tower with our luggage. I also think that in terms of everything is mostly self-explanatory. Things that I wish were offered would be a channel directory in the room. I also think a list of all restaurants and menus would be appreciated for easier access. If there was something in each tower that could be scanned or in each room that would explain what was offered.
