Ferienwohnung mit Sonnigem Südbalkon

Our cosy apartment is lovingly and naturally furnished, comfortable and inviting—simply a place where you’ll feel right at home! We place great importance on using natural and eco-friendly materials in our furnishings; for example, we’ve incorporated a lot of our own wood, with your health in mind. All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Please understand that pets are not allowed. The beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided. Our sunny holiday apartment with a south-facing balcony offers: 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (a cot and a Babybay rollaway bed are available and provided free of charge upon request); a spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen TV; a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker), bathroom with washing machine, and a separate bathroom. Guests may use the washing machine provided in the holiday rental. Free parking is available. A small supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy are located in Germannsdorf, approximately 2 km away. The Miedl family, your hosts, look forward to welcoming you to Neuhäusl. A 20% deposit is charged upon booking. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. During the high season (from Pentecost through the end of August), we prefer Saturday as the arrival and departure day. Please contact us for exceptions. Other arrival and departure times are possible by arrangement. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot and an extra bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax per person is payable on-site. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. During the high season (from Pentecost to the end of August), we prefer Saturday as the arrival and departure day. Das Objekt ist in tadellosem Zustand, alles sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist hervorragend, es ist alles da was benötigt wird. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zusammenfassend können wir das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Großzügig, sauber und kuschelig warm

Wir, eine dreiköpfige Familie mit einer 13-jährigen Tochter und einer Freundin der Familie, konnten uns auf 3 Schlafzimmer verteilen. Dank eines großen Badezimmers und einer weiteren Toilette gab es auch keinen Stau. Das Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer auch sehr großzügig und gemütlich. Die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte garnichts. Alles supersauber und herrlich warm. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastfamilie in direkter Nähe. Wir fahren nach 1 Woche rundum zufrieden mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht wieder weg. Geschäfte und Bäckerei per Auto ohne großen Aufwand zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Lage

Wir haben uns in der schönen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. In ruhiger idyllischer Lage konnten wir dem Alltagsstress entfliehen und uns trotz Kurzurlaub optimal erholen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Wir danken der Familie Miedl recht herzlich, die uns überaus freundlich aufgenommen hat.

Wohlfühl Ferienwohnung

Liebe Familie Miedl, wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick sehr wohl und von Ihnen herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist tip-top sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Hand- und Geschirrtücher, Seife, Spültabs, Toilettenpapier etc. waren alles reichlich vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das in einem wunderschön gepflegten Außenbereich stehende Haus ist etwas abgelegen, wenn man Ruhe sucht ist das der geeignete Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
