The fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays easy, while the private outdoor space offers a peaceful spot to unwind after a long day.

This home is located in a quiet, established residential neighborhood (not a tourist area), so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially during evening hours.

For safety, exterior security cameras are installed at entry points only, there are no cameras inside the home.

A noise monitoring device is also in place to help maintain a peaceful environment. It does not record audio, only sound levels.

Early check-in is available upon request, based on availability. A $30 fee may apply.

Checkout: 11 AM. Late checkout by request only — $50 (lees than1 hr), $100 (more than 1 hr).
Unauthorized late checkout may incur extra charges.

No Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors. $500+ fee for violations.

No Parties/Extra Guests: Not allowed. $300 fee + possible cancellation without refund.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Noise complaints may result in cancellation.
